Return Policy

DUE TO THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THE POLICY BELOW WILL RESUME AFTER IT IS DETERMINED SAFE TO DO SO, POST PANDEMIC. AT THAT TIME, THIS DISCLOSURE WILL BE REMOVED. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

All order that were placed using a discount code or promotion are final sale NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns
We have a 5-day return policy for store credit, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return via email at the customer's cost. DMs or other social media messages will not be accepted. Please be sure to review your order for accuracy of shipping address, size/color on apparel items. We strongly urge you to read the product description for each apparel item as not all products are the same fit/style.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact @pipelifeusa. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Facemasks are also final sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
In rare occasions, if an item that was ordered is not in stock we will issue a refund. If this is the case you will be notified by email and refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
